Quran Teaching Center reserves the right to cancel classes if payment is more than seven days past due.

If you need to hold classes and want to keep the same teacher and time, Quran Teaching Center will charge the full fee per student.

Your time out of class is not available to other students, so any absences you take are considered paid and cannot be made up.

Make-up classes have been cancelled for the last five days due to teacher overload.

Students who miss class due to illness or family emergencies do not need to make up.

There will be no make-up class if students do not notify the instructor (except in an emergency). Makeup classes can be scheduled with the same teacher or with a different teacher.

To receive a make-up class, you must notify your teacher six hours in advance via Skype or email.

We reserve the right to cancel classes without notice if a student is absent for more than two weeks.

Avoid giving teachers personal information like your phone number or email address. Quran Teaching Center is not liable for misuse.

The Quran Teaching Center reserves the right to replace teachers.

When a teacher leaves or is fired, students are assigned a new Quran teacher and are not contacted. Any future damages or losses resulting from such contact will not be the responsibility of the Quran Teaching Center’s registered project.

The Quran Teaching Center will raise every student’s fee by approximately 6-7 percent at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.

13) Quran Teaching Center is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the teachers sharing your payment and contact information.

Depending on current policies and service terms, students’ fees may vary.

Teachers get two paid Eid holidays every year; they don’t get any other paid leave days. Because Eid holidays are included in the monthly fees, there are no refunds or make-up classes.

Our terms and conditions may change at any time and will be posted on our website.

These terms apply to all students, regardless of enrollment status.
